A group made up of former employees of former Aylesbury manufacturers New Holland held their 30th and final reunion event on Sunday.

The New Holland Hayliners consists of former members of staff at the base of the agricultural machinery manufacturer.

More than 80 people attended the get-together at Foxhills Bowls Club.

The meeting featured a talk by Keith Parrott, one of the last remaining Aylesbury employees still working with the company, who updated those present on what the company was now doing.

Bouquets of flowers were presented to long-serving treasurer Kath Bransby and Christine Abbey, whose late husband Peter, was instrumental in setting up the group.

Proceedings concluded with the cutting of a cake shaped like a New Holland baler.
