New care home set to open in Aylesbury
The team at new home care franchise, Good Oaks Home Care Aylesbury, have announced that they are 'delighted' to now be open for business following full registration with the Care Quality Commission.
The home care provider aims to create 40 jobs in the Aylesbury and Buckinghamshire area in the next year.
Good Oaks Aylesbury will provide care in people’s homes throughout Aylesbury and Buckinghamshire. The home care provider offers the option of both visiting care, where
carers visit clients in their homes to deliver care, and live-in care, where a carer lives with a client and provides full-time care.
Good Oaks Aylesbury is led by Managing Director, Fiza Bukhari. Commenting on the opening, she says: “In the current COVID-19 pandemic, the role that carers play in our community is more vital than ever before. Carers provide a lifeline for elderly and vulnerable people, who rely on their assistance to be able to stay in their homes. It is fantastic that this is being recognised.
“We are excited to bring our unique brand of Carbon-Neutral and Covid-Secure Home Care to the local area. We are confident that we will bring 40 jobs to the area in the next year, growing both our care team and our office-based support team.
“I am personally very passionate about providing our clients with high quality care that will make a real difference to their lives. I strongly believe that quality care starts with a robust
and thoughtful recruitment process and the proper training of our carers. This protects and enhances the quality of our premium service: the standard of care we would all want for our own loved ones.
“Good Oaks Aylesbury works closely with doctors, district nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We act as the focal point to coordinate and provide the best possible solution for our clients’ wants and needs.”
