Investigating Officer, Det Insp Mark Lacey based at Aylesbury police station, said: “We have fresh information that Sairah may have taken her sons to Birmingham.

“I would urge anyone who might have seen them to come forward.

“I would also appeal to the Sairah herself to call us. We just want to make sure that she and her family are safe.

“I would reiterate that we strongly believe that the family have no plans to travel abroad and this is not part of our enquiries.”
