Masked raider holds up bookmakers with knife

A masked raider held up a bookmakers with a knife before escaping with a large amount of cash in notes this morning (Monday).

The robber threatened the staff at Coral in Market Square, Princes Risborough with a knife and demanded cash after slipping in the betting shop’s rear entrance at around 10.05am.

He then fled from the premises with a substantial amount of cash in notes.

The offender is described as white, around 5ft11ins, slim and speaks with a local accent.

He was wearing a navy blue hooded top and bottoms and a black scarf over his face. He was also wearing gloves.

No one was physically hurt during the robbery.
