Length of Bucks roads would get you to Turkey
The total length of all the roads in Bucks adds up to 2,025 miles, according to new statistics released today by the government.
The figure is made up of 37 miles of motorway, 225 miles of A roads, 89 miles of B roads, 573 miles of C roads and 1,100 miles of ungraded roads.
Two-thousand miles is roughly equivalent to the distance between the UK and Turkey.
The UK has 245,000 miles of roads in total.
