The model of the Aylesbury High Street station, located in what is now Vale Park Drive, will be displayed at Railex 2016 on May 28 and 29 at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.

Andrew David, from Risborough and District Model Railway Club, which puts on the exhibition, said while it was displayed last year, the model was only in part. He said 2016 will probably be the only time it will be available for the public to see.

He added: “We anticipate that this showing will attract a lot of local interest, and there will be coverage in the specialist railway press in the run-up to the exhibition.”
