After a condidence-knocking relationship breakdown Helen Coe took matters into her own hands and is now more than five stones lighter and more fabulous than ever!
Three years ago Helen, 29, who lives in Aylesbury, realised that there were things that she had been missing out on, because she didn’t have the stamina or fitness to take part.
So she decided to take action, and started attending classes at the Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre.
She said: “In a couple of years I’ve gone from a size 22 to a size 14.
“The best thing about Aqua Vale is the staff, they are always so friendly and incredibly motivational and encouraging, especially Pilates instructor Lisa Thompson Phipps. Lisa and the rest of the team pay all the members so much individual attention and keep coming back.”
After the initial results Helen has contuned to push herself and recently climbed a mountain, took part in a five hour Zumbathon and completed a cycling challenge in which she biked a whopping 10,000km in a year.
Jodie Morris, general manager of Everyone Active which runs Aqua Vale, said: “Through her hard work and dedication Helen has inspired many of the staff and members at Aqua Vale.
“We will continue to support her with her training and wish her success with any future challenges.”
