The first twelve months have been a success at the store under the guidance of Rachel Trendell, in her first managerial role.

Miss Trendell said: “The first year has gone very well and we have had a lot of great support from our customers.

“Some people still don’t know that we are here but hopefully we can change that and make people aware of who we are and what we do.”

There will be a special one day only half-price sale sale to mark the occasion plus a cake sale and tombola.

Miss Trendell said: “We are very grateful to our shoppers here in Thame for their support, both in shopping with us and also for donating so many lovely things for us to sell.

“We’re delighted to be celebrating our first year, and hope that everyone will come and celebrate with us and enjoy a bargain and a piece of birthday cake at the same time!”
