High praise for design firm

A design firm are at the top of their game after scooping an award for working well with a council.

PCMS Design, which is based in Haddenham, received a highly commended award at the 2015 LABC Central Building ceremony last week.

The award was in recognition of the close links the firms shares with Central Bedfordshire Council.

Staff members attended an awards ceremony at Double Tree by Hilton in Milton Keynes on Friday evening, and were joined by the great and the good from the local construction industry.

LABC president Peter Keates, said: “PCMS Design has worked in partnership with our building control team at Central Bedfordshire Council for a number of years, and I am very pleased that they have been highly commended this year.”

PCMS Design is an project management and architectural design company, and it is not the first time they have been nominated at the awards. They were previously finalists in the educational development and sustainable project categories.
