Hard drive, sat navs and cash stolen in thefts from cars

A hard drive, two sat navs and cash were stolen in a spate of thefts from cars over the weekend.

The first theft happened in Carters Ride, Stoke Mandeville, between 3.30pm on Saturday and 10am on Sunday, when a computer hard drive and a TomTom satnav were stolen.

The three following incidents occured in Walnut Close, Stoke Mandeville, with the first being some time between 6pm on Saturday and 6am on Sunday though nothing was taken.

The second happened between 6.30pm on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday, where cash was stolen, and the third occured between 6.30pm on Saturday and 11am on Sunday when cash and a TomTom satnav were stolen.

The offences are being linked, said police today.
