If you are planning to hold a street party or community event to mark The Queen’s 90th birthday, Aylesbury Town Council can help you.
The council is offering a free travelling entertainment roadshow which will join parties across the Vale marking Her Majesty’s birthday.
Among the street entertainers available for free are fire eaters, jugglers, magicians and stilt-walkers while the Mix 96 Street Stars and Mix Monster will also be taking part in the activities.
Organisers of events have until May 6 to take advantage of the opportunity.
Cllr Peter Agoro, chairman of the communities committee said: “The Queen will be celebrating her official 90th birthday on The Mall, where she will be joined by thousands of invited guests for a very special street party.
“We are hoping that lots of community groups and residents of Aylesbury parish, will also organise their own street party or community celebration in her honour.
“Aylesbury Town Council is delighted to be able to provide a travelling entertainment roadshow to visit some of these events, enabling them to add excitement and sparkle to this very special day.”
