Flasher exposes himself to man – and then takes photo of shocked victim

A man who emerged from bushes, flashed a driver and then took a photo of him is being hunted by police.

The flasher approached the 32-year-old man as he was parked up in a lay-by just outside Winslow on the A413.

He exposed himself to the man and then took a photograph of him.

The flasher is described as white, in his early 30s, 6ft 1ins and large.

He was wearing a short-sleeved white and a blue checked shirt with black trousers and shoes.

PC Craig Hart said: “The driver had pulled into the lay-by when he noticed a male appearing from the bushes who exposed himself.

“The victim called police and drove off. A white Fiat Panda was parked in the lay-by at the time.
