A stranger reached from his car and attempted to grab a 20-year-old woman - and police want to know who he is.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after the suspicious incident on Coventon Road, Aylesbury.
At about 12.45pm on Monday 16 May, a 20-year-old woman, was walking down the street.
A silver coloured car then appeared in the road beside her.
The driver, a man, attempted to engage her in a conversation and after a short time lent from his vehicle and grabbed her by the arm.
She managed to free her arm from his grip and walked away from the male with only a small scratch.
Police have released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
PC Sarah Lewis of Aylesbury CID said; “We understand that incidents like this can cause concern in the local community.
“This isolated incident is being investigated thoroughly but if anyone has any concerns then please do call the local neighbourhood policing team on 101.”
