Members of the Lucy Clark Scottish Country Dance Club in Great Missenden raised funds to help a group of young people with a mission in Mexico.

The group from Aston Clinton Baptist Church to build a house for a homless family are in Tijuana. Member Tom Robertson attended a club session to talk about the trip and accept a cheque for £250 by the president Ann Higginbottom.

Ann said: “We’re delighted that, through our love of dancing, we can raise funds which help to make a difference in our community. These young people have to fund their own travel costs to Mexico so we wanted to help them on their way.”
