Teenager mugged near sports pitch

A teenager’s mobile phone was stolen after he was mugged by two men while walking through an Aylesbury park.

The 18-year-old was going through Bedgrove Park at about 5pm on Monday, near to the artificial sports pitch behind the Bedgrove Park Community Centre in Ambleside.

As he looking at his Samsung S5 mobile phone, which has a gold back, he became aware of two men behind him, one on a bike and one on foot.

After being pushed from behind, which caused him to stumble he had his phone taken from his hand.

The robbers then ran off in the direction of Finmere Crescent.

The first man is described as Asian, about 18 years old, slim, six foot and with a goatee beard, and was wearing dark clothing and riding a white Carrera mountain bike.

The second man was wearing dark clothing.
