Pub-goer hospitalised by lout at The White Hart

A pub-goer suffered a fractured jaw after he was punched to the ground by a drunken lout at The White Hart pub in Aylesbury.

The 22-year-old was sitting on his own in the outside drinking area of the pub in Exchange Street at around 5.40pm on Friday June 13, police said today.

He started talking to a group of men and then had an altercation with one of them before being punched and knocked to the floor.

The victim was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.

The offender is white, of slim build with short auburn hair.

Police are particularly interested in speaking to two women who were sat on tables near to where the assault took place and are thought to have witnessed it.
