Prison officer charged with misconduct in public office
Chelsea Blackwell, aged 26 of Harris Drive, Bootle, Liverpool, has been charged in relation to an incident which took place between 12 July and 6 August last year at HM Youth Offenders Institute in Aylesbury.
Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, a prison officer has been charged with misconduct in public office in Aylesbury.
The incident involved an allegation of letters and telephone contact being made to a serving inmate at the prison.
Chelsea Blackwell was arrested on 6 August 2016 and was charged on Tuesday (21/2).
She will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on 24 March.
