Police renew CCTV appeal after violent robbery of 87-year-old in Aylesbury

Between 9.50pm and 10.10pm on Tuesday 17 March, an 87-year-old man was walking along Granville Street, when he was approached from behind and hit, causing him to fall face first to the pavement.
Some cash and his wallet containing a bank card were stolen from him.

The man sustained a cranial bleed and also some teeth were knocked out after hitting the pavement. He also sustained extensive swelling to the right hand side of his face.
Designated Investigator Hannah Mitchell of Aylesbury CID, said: “We are appealing again for any information about this incident, which left an elderly man with serious injuries.
“Today we are renewing our CCTV appeal for information or witnesses to this.
“If anyone recognises one or both of the people pictured, please contact police.
