Man arrested after woman is left with facial injuries following assault in Wendover

A man has been arrested after a woman in her 30s was left with facial injuries following an assault in Wendover on Saturday.

Thames Valley Police officers were spotted at a house on Tedder Road, Wendover, after the incident - which happened around 8.30am yesterday - as reported by The Bucks Herald.

Police were called following a report of an assault.

And an arrest was made.

“The victim, a woman in her thirties, sustained facial injuries," a police spokesman told The Bucks Herald.

“A 39-year-old man from Wendover was arrested on suspicion of wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent and has been released on police bail until 12 June.”
