Duncan Russell jailed for sexual communications with a child

Duncan Russell, aged 47, of no fixed abode was sentenced to five years and three months for attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.

He also was found guilty to two counts of attempting to cause or incite a girl aged 15 to 15 in sexual activity.

The sentencing took place on Tuesday ay Aylesbury Crown Court.

He was sentenced to a total of five years and three months’ imprisonment at the same hearing.

Between 25 November and 6 December 2018, Russell attempted to engage in sexual communication with a child online.

He was charged with the offences on 22 July, 2019.
