A man has been jailed for more than three years for various offences in Aylesbury including car theft and burglary.
Timothy Davey, 30, of no fixed address, was convicted of one count of burglary of a home, two counts of burglary of a non-dwelling, theft of and from a vehicle and possession of amphetamine.
The offences took place between July 11 and 13, with the burglary and theft of vehicle in Tees Road and the other offences in Sandhill Way.
In addition he was found guilty of breaching a suspended sentence and sentenced to 15 weeks’ imprisonment to run consecutively.
Investigating officer, PC Samantha Stansbie said: “Tackling burglaries and drug offences is a high priority for Aylesbury Vale Local Police Area and this sentence offers both a strong message and a deterrent to would-be offenders that we will not tolerate criminal activity.
“We will investigate and we will prosecute.”
