Jane Matthews, 57, Holly Green Lane, Bledlow: was the owner of a dog that was dangerously out of control in a field behind Holly Green Lane, Bledlow, which injured a woman. Ordered to keep the dog on a lead in public places otherwise it will be destroyed. Ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £700 to the CPS.

Thomas Chapman, 39, Barnard Crescent, Aylesbury: theft from a shop - stole meat valued at £40 from Waitrose, Aylesbury. Given a two month suspended prison sentence (for 12 months). Ordered to pay compensation of £34.

Breached a criminal behaviour order by entering McDonald’s, High Street, Aylesbury. Given a four month suspended prison sentence (for 12 months).

Stole alcohol valued at £76 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Given a two month suspended prison sentence (for 12 months). Ordered to pay compensation of £76.

Stole alcohol valued at £53 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Given a two month suspended prison sentence (for 12 months). Ordered to pay compensation of £53.

Stole alcohol valued at £237 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Given a two month suspended prison sentence (for 12 months). Ordered to pay compensation of £237.

Stole three pairs of shoes valued at £159 from Marks and Spencer’s, Aylesbury. Given a two month suspended prison sentence (for 12 months). Ordered to pay compensation of £197.

Ebba Linden, 47, Lower Icknield Way, Longwick: drove a BMW on Main Road, Naphill, while over the alcohol limit. Fined £1,846. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £181 and costs of £85 to the CPS. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 20 months.

Reece Wilson, 22, Peregrine, Aylesbury: criminal damage to a property - damaged a police cell valued at £84. Fined £40. Ordered to pay compensation of £84 and a victim surcharge of £32.

Kevin Seeker, 27, Stocklake, Aylesbury: committed an act of outraging public decency by exposing himself in an indecent manner. Fined £200. Ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £85 to the CPS.
