Burglars steal tweed jacket from home

A tweed-style jacket has been stolen from a home in Aylesbury.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the theft in Dalesford Road between 2.30pm and 5.30pm on Saturday May 2.

Thieves gained access by breaking a window and unlocking a door from the inside before stealing a khaki coloured, Duca D’Andrea jacket.

Police say they would particularly like to speak to the occupants of a grey, E-Class Mercedes seen parked in Dalesford Road near to the junction of Thorpe Close during the time of the incident.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact investigating officer Det Con Bruce Wilson, of Aylesbury CID, via the 24-hour enquiry line 101.
