Aylesbury man warned he faces jail over indecent images of children

An Aylesbury man has been told he faces a custodial sentence for offences relating to indecent images of children.

Marc Kenny, aged 44, of Misbourne Close, Aylesbury, appeared before Aylesbury Crown Court earlier this week and admitted a number of charges relating to indecent images of children.

Granting him bail, Judge Francis Sheridan placed strict conditions on him.

The sentencing date was placed on the warned list for June 21, meaning the hearing could take place in the fortnight around that date.

Before reserving the case to himself, Judge Sheridan added: "I have to say the custodial threshold is crossed."
