Aylesbury man charged with 'making and distributing indecent pictures of a child'

Arrest was made as part of a National Crime Agency investigation on October 29 last year.

NCA officers arrested Marc Kenny, aged 44, at a property on Lavric Road, Aylesbury in October last year on suspicion of indecent image offences.

He was subsequently released on bail and later charged on March 12th with three counts of making indecent images of children and one charge of distributing indecent images of children.

On Thursday March 25, he appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court, where he gave no plea and a new crown court date was arranged for May 10th.

As part of his bail conditions, he can have no unsupervised contact with any female under the age of 18 unless through the course of daily business.
