A young woman who has been put under curfew for assaulting a female police officer is featured in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.
HOLLY HIGGINS, 20, of Moorcroft Lane, Aylesbury. On December 6 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, assaulted a female police officer. Pleaded guilty. Put under three month curfew enforced by electronic tag. Higgins must remain at her home between 6pm and 6am daily until March 21. She must also pay £200 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.
PHILIP GOFF, of Ashfield Rise, Oakley. On May 8 deposited controlled waste, namely two sacks of household waste, at Longwick layby recycle site, Thames Road, Longwick. Pleaded guilty. Fined £535, costs £320, victim surcharge £54.
LAWRENCE PURSEY, 55, of Brookside, Hodge Lea, Milton Keynes. On May 15 deposited controlled waste, namely household waste, in Gawcott Road, Calvert. Pleaded guilty. Fined £295, costs £370, victim surcharge £30.
RICHARD JOHN BAKER, 40, of Redwood Drive, Aylesbury. 1) On March 11 failed to stop after a road accident on the A41 Bicester Road, Kingswood. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) On March 11 damaged an Audi A4 while being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Fined £660, costs £620, compensation £50, victim surcharge £33, licence endorsed with five points.
ROBERT BANASIK, 39, of no fixed abode. On December 4 stole two cans of Sapporo beer woth £5.58 from Tesco Tring Road. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
AARON GRANT, 23, of Victoria Street, Aylesbury. On June 9 in Vale Park, Aylesbury, had in his possession a quantity of herbal cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
SARFRAZ ANJUM SHAHEEN, 37, of Green Street, High Wycombe. 1) On October 9 stole food and drink items worth £182 worth £182 from Asda Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On October 9 stole food and drink items worth £232 from Asda Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 3) On October 10 stole food and drink items worth £186 from Asda Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
CALLUM WILKINS, 24, of no fixed abode. 1) On July 20 at Quainton Road, Waddesdon, criminally damaged a window, causing £150 worth of damage, and also caused £100 worth of damage to a wing mirror, rear bumper and suspension of a VW Polo. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally but must pay £200 compensation to the male victim. 2) Same day/ location drove a vehicle without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Fined £110, victim surcharge £20, licence endorsed with six points.
JAMES LAMB, 69, of Bankside, Wendover. On September 4 used threatening words/ behaviour to cause alarm/ distress and this was racially aggravated. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
