Court round-up: Thief stole four cans of Stella and one can of cherry coke

A shoplifter who stole from Sainsbury’s in Aylesbury appears in this week’s round-up from the town’s magistrates’ court.

KEITH ANTHONY FENN, 33, of Van Diemans Road, Thame. On September 16 stole four cans of Stella Artois and one can of cherry coke, worth £6.25 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANGELA CUTHBERT, 43, of Ashbourne End, Aylesbury. On March 6 in Aston Clinton resisted a police officer in the execution of her duty. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JAROSLAW ZIMOWSKI, 25, of Gambleside, Basildon, Essex. On August 2 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Fined £95, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

PETER ATCHESON, 20, of Willowmead, Stone. On September 15 drove a Citroen C1 in Mandeville Road, Aylesbury, after consuming 57mgs of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £140, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JAMES BOURTON, 19, of Fremantle Road, Aylesbury. 1) On September 18 in Grenville Green, Aylesbury, used an unregistered off-road motor cycle without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location, drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Fined £160, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20, driving record endorsed with six points.

MOHAMMED ISLAM, 18, of Wordsworth Road, Birmingham. Between September 10-September 14 pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of a male. He sent him a series of emails and made telephone calls after he told him not to contact him. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, criminals courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

KRASEN KOYCHEV, 37, of Harvey Road, Aylesbury. 1) On September 2 in Aylesbury Road, Bierton, drove a Mercedes A170 after consuming 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 24 months, fined £160, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £60. 2) Same date/ location drove with no insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove a vehicle with no relevant test certificate. Pleaded guilty.

MILES ANTHONY ROONEY, 23, of Weald Street, Weald, Bampton. 1) On August 4 in Haddenham criminally damaged a Mercedes SLK to the value of £300. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location criminally damaged a Honda motorcycle belonging to Thames Valley Police to the value of £900. Pleaded guilty.Fined £240, compensation £1,200, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

GEOFFREY JOHN HILL, 41, of Stocklake, Aylesbury. On August 2 in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, failed to give information to police relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
