A shoplifter who stole from Morrisons while on a conditional discharge for theft appears in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates Court.

LIAM IAN STRACHAN, 25, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. 1) On September 8 stole 10 bottles of Famous Grouse whisky worth £209 from Morrisons, Station Way, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2)Committed a further offence while subject to conditional discharge for theft. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

PAUL ANDREW QUAINTON, 52, of The Paddocks, Steeple Claydon. On September 13 in The Paddocks, drove a Ford Fiesta after consuming 158 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

NAJIM BENINOUS EL-BOU, 19, of Beech Green, Aylesbury. On September 10 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

NICHOLAS DAVID GEORGE MASON, 27, of Discovery Street, Aylesbury. 1) On August 23 at Lawson Way, Aylesbury, drove a red Vauxhall Astra after consuming 104 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location failed to stop following a car accident. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

LESLIE MURRAY, 63, of Heron Close, Aylesbury. On September 12 in Parton Road, Aylesbury, drove a Nissan Primera after consuming 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £160, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LISA WELLING, 33, care of Stoneycroft, Aldbury. 1) On September 8 stole DVDs and clothing worth £71 from Tesco Broadfields, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2)Committed a further offence while subject to conditional discharge for stealing DVDs, clothing and make-up from Tesco. Admitted. Fined £80, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

SHANE LEONARED GEORGE ATKINSON, 47, of no fixed abode. 1) On March 28 in Shakespeare Way, Aylesbury, was in possession of a meat cleaver in a public place. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, had in his possession 1.1ml of diamorphine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

KIERA RONNIE BADGER , 18, of Ascott Road, Aylesbury. On August 16 in Aylesbury assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

SAM METCALFE, 28, of Tedder Road, Wendover. 1) On July 29 in Wendover assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location, assaulted a different male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £340, compensation £150, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

CHRISTOPHER ALLEN WHITE, 29, of Little Gibbs, Bledlow. Between October 2, 2014 and June 15, 2015 in Aylesbury, offered to supply a quantity of cannabis, class B drug, to an individual. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
