Court round-up: Man stole from church

A burglar who pleaded guilty to breaking into a church is featured in this week’s round-up from the courts.

JAMIE MARK PETER DAVEY, 33, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. Between November 25 and November 26 burgled the Vineyard Centre ( at the Vale of Aylesbury Vineyard Church), Gatehouse Close, Aylesbury and stole an Apple computer, specialised mountain bike and cash. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

TERESA YOUNG, 50, of Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury. 1) On June 8 dishonestly made a statement to AVDC in order to housing and council tax benefit. She failed to declare she was receiving an occupational pension. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) Between March 3 2012 and January 16 2014 dishonestly failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in her circumstances affecting entitlement to employment support allowance. This was that she was receiving an occupational pension. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Awaiting sentence.

TINA LEAN, 46, of Belgrave Road, Aylesbury. On September 4 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JAMIE STEPHEN POWER, 24, of Belgrave Road, Aylesbury. On September 4 assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ZABIR KHAN, 46, of Paterson Road, Aylesbury. On June 9 in Dunsham Lane, Aylesbury, drove a Vauxhall Astra without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Also fined £325, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JAMES LIAM CONNOLLY, 28, of Eeles Close, Aylesbury. 1) On December 29 in High Street, Cheddington, drove a red Fiat 500 without a licence. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Fined £185, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

CHARLES EDWARD MOLYNEUX, 34, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On November 10 stole three designer frames worth £399 from SpecSavers, Aylesbury.

ROSS EDWIN MARTYN NANCARROW, 29, of Upende, Aylesbury. On December 25 at Cambridge Place, Aylesbury, used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LEWIS WILLIAMSON, 24, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. 1) On December 25 in Mount Nugent, Chesham, drove a silver Vauxhall Astra after consuming 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty.

AYDIN DINC, 27, of Plough Close, Aylesbury. 1) On December 25 at the junction of the A41 and Oakfield Road, Aylesbury, drove black Vauxhall Astra without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without licence. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £245, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DARREN PAUL MARTIN, 45, of Byron Road, Aylesbury. On December 29 stole a bottle of Jamesons Irish whisky worth £21 from Marks and Spencers, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
