Court round-up: Man had kitchen knife in public place

A man who was caught with a kitchen knife in Bicester Road is among those to feature in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

CARLOS DAVIDSON JOHN, 36, of Blake Street, Aylesbury. On October 25 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, had with him a kitchen knife without good reason. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

BRANDON JEFFRY GEORGE BROOMHEAD-FOX, 18, of Holman Street, Aylesbury. 1) On July 15 used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) On August 18 criminally damaged a cell at Aylesbury Police Station to the value of £78. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally, criminal courts charge £520, compensation £65, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

REGIS ZVOMUYA, 48, of Gwendoline Buck Drive, Aylesbury. On November 15 at Aylesbury Police Station, failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
