Court round-up: Man assaulted three women, damaged two cars and a plant pot

A man who caused trouble at a drug and alcohol service is featured in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

ANDREW PETER ROBINSON, 45, of no fixed abode. 1) On June 11 at Smart CJS drug and alcohol service, Albion Street, Aylesbury assaulted three females. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) Same date/ location criminally damaged a black Volkswagen Golf (to the value of £1,800), a black Range Rover (to the value of £2,000) and a plant pot (value unknown). Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CARL CRAIG LIGHTFOOT, 29, of Humer Drive, Aylesbury. On October 26 in Aylesbury assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ELLIOT DAVID SUMMERLING, 44, care of Enid Blyton House, Aylesbury. 1) On October 16 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. 2) On October 15 in George Street, Aylesbury, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty.

BEVERLEY ANN SCOHFIELD, 45, of Comerford Way, Winslow. On August 4 at the Esso service station on Buckingham ring road drove a black Mercedes SLK after consuming 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 25 months, fined £885, costs £200, victim surcharge £89.

KRISTOPHER ROY ALMOND, 27, of New Street, Aylesbury. On November 14 in Long Lional, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

STEPHEN DAY, 51, of Laurel Close, Hemel Hempstead. On August 28 in Aylesbury criminally damaged a Ford Focus to the value of £46. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75,

compensation £46, victim surcharge £20.

REMY HELSDON, 20, of Great Lane, Bierton. On October 12 in Matthews Close, Aylesbury, drove a Toyota Aygo while unfit to drive through drink. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £250, costs £85, victim surcharge £25.

LIAM PETER LUMLEY, 25, care of Park Street, Aylesbury. On June 13 inflicted grievous bodily harm upon a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

LOUISE O’BRIEN, 19, of Patterson Road, Chesham. On November 9 in New Street, Aylesbury, drove a silver Volkswagen after consuming 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

PAUL DANIEL CRAIG WOODS, 25, of Skippon Way, Thame. On October 16 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CHARLIE THOMAS NORMAN BANTON, 19, of Wycliffe End, Aylesbury. On November 16 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

GABRIEL MORAES BARBOSA, 19, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. 1) On October 3 in Silver Street, Aylesbury, assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

RICKY MARTIN CARR, 27, of Ailward Road, Aylesbury. Between November 10 and November 12 in Aylesbury pursued a course of conduct against a male which amount to harassment, in that he sent numerous text messages that were abusive and threatening in nature. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CARL JOHN SHARPE, 26, of Prince Rupert Drive, Aylesbury. 1) On November 13 in Cam Mead, Aylesbury, drove a Vauxhall Corsa while disqualified from driving. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Given 100 hours of unpaid work, disqualified from driving for six months, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

CLINTON MOORE, 41, of Islington Grove, Milton Keynes. On April 17 in Wing drove a Honda CRV in Leighton Road after consuming 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
