Court round-up: Employee stole hundreds of scratch cards from Co-op

A Co-op employee who admitted stealing hundreds of scratch cards is among those featured in this week’s court list.

TIFFANY HAYNES, 23, of Chiltern Avenue, Stone. Between January 28 and June 10 stole lottery scratch cards to the value of £4,400 from Co-op stores, where she was an employee. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ALAN EDWARD SHOULT, 44, of Towersey Way, Aylesbury. On March 13 stole food items and DVDs worth £122 from Tesco. Pleaded guilty. Fined £135, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JAMIE STALEY, 36, of Vale House, Aylesbury. 1) On March 14 stole clothing from Blue Inc, Friars Square, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location had in his possession a lock knife. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

RICHARD TAYLOR, 26, of Batt Furlong, Aylesbury. On February 28 drove in Lower Road, Stoke Mandeville, after consuming 211 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 24 months, fined £665, victim surcharge £67, costs £85.

ANDREW NEIL DAVIES, 52, of Brooke Road, Princes Risborough. On January 14 and 20 in Princes Risborough, without reasonable excuse behaved in a way which would attract the attention of emergency services, which he is prohibited from doing by an Asbo. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DAVID MICHAEL DESBRULAIS, 25, of New Meadow, Aylesbury. On February 23 in Aylesbury intentionally touched a woman in a sexual manner when she did not consent. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

PATRICK DORAN, 33, of World’ End Lane, Wendover. On February 20 at the Odeon Cinema, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

MATTHEW ROBERTS-HIGGINSON, 20, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe. On March 12 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
