Court round-up: Drugs man had knife at golf club

A man who has pleaded guilty to intending to supply drugs and possessing an offensive weapon appears in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

SIMON PETTITT, 33, of St Johns Drive, Stone. 1) On March 20 in Aylesbury had in his possession 74.35 grammes of cannabis, a class B drug, with intent to supply it to others. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date at Aylesbury Park Golf Club had in a public place a fixed bladed knife without good reason. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANNE ROBERTSON USHER, 84, of Skittle Green, Bledlow. On August 2 and September 9 failed to comply with a control of dog order to keep a dog under proper control. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. Usher was warned over any further breaches.

GARY BRYAN COX, 52, of Fleet Street, Kettering. On July 17 drove a Mercedes Sprinter Van in Stratford Road, Buckingham, without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £200, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KIERON JONES, care of Bennetts Lane, Rowsham. On September 11 failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in the course of a police investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £120, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JOSH JONATHAN BRIAN BARKER, 20, of Ayrshire Close, Aylesbury. On August 1 assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay £1,900 in compensation, £150 criminal courts charge, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

ANNA MARIA GREENWOOD, 29, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On September 27 stole party items and clothing worth £66 from Tesco. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

TOMAS HOSZNYAK, 29, of Sandholme, Steeple Claydon. On September 26 at Sandholme wilfully obstructed two police officers in the execution of their duties. Pleaded guilty. Fined £300, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85.

DEBORAH JANE TAYLOR, 29, of North Close, Drayton Parslow. On November 7 at the Main Road junction with Bates Gardens, Drayton Parslow, failed to stop her Vauxhall Zafira when required to do so by a police officer in uniform. Pleaded guilty. Fined £110, costs £250, victim surcharge £20.

ANTONY STORM HORWOOD, 30, care of Wilmott Close, Aylesbury. On May 26 stole a laptop, camera and car charger from Baldwins Automotive, Gatehouse Close. Pleaded guilty. Community order made with rehabilitation requirement. Must also pay £400 costs, £180 criminal courts charge and £60 victim surcharge.
