Court round-up: Shoplifters stole from Aylesbury's Waitrose and Asda stores

Two shoplifters who stole items from two Aylesbury supermarkets appear in this weeks round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates' Court.

JAMIE STALEY, 37, of Griffin Lane, Aylesbury. 1) On February 13 stole various meats, electrical items and champagne worth £150 from Asda, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On February 10 stole electrical items worth £40 from Asda, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JILL HANWRIGHT, 48, of Bearbrook Place, Aylesbury. On January 3 stole one bottle of Williams Chase gin, one bottle of Williams dry gin and one bottle of Bells Blended Scotch, to the value of £82, from Waitrose, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally, compensation £82, victim surcharge £15.

DEREK ANNIES, 60, of Whitehall Gardens, Ealing, London. 1) On December 6 at Winslow Field, Great Missenden, assaulted a female. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty in his absence. 2) Between December 5 and December 29 in Great Missenden, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a female. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty in his absence. Awaiting sentence.

MOHAMMED AYAZ, 59, of Kings Road, Aylesbury. On January 5 in Aylesbury stole £25. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, compensation £25, victim surcharge £20.

THOMAS McNALLY, 25, of Lee Road, Aylesbury. On February 18 in Aylesbury had in his possession a small amount of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £40, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

EVA PAVON CALLEJON, 46, of St Lukes Road, Maidenhead. On November 12 at Whiteleaf Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury, assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Community order made, victim surcharge £60, compensation £50, costs £30.

LAURA JO RAMSAY, 27, of Green End Street, Aston Clinton. On March 7 at Aylesbury Police Station, failed to give a specimen of blood for analysis in the course of an investigation. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location, had in her possession a quantity of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £340, costs £85, victim surcharge £26.

FAYAZ ZAMAN, 37, of no fixed abode. On February 10 had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
