PETER THOMPSON, 56, of Albion Road, Pitstone. 1) On December 22 in Albion Road, Pitstone, assaulted a male police officer. Pleaded guilty. 2)Same date, at Aylesbury Police Station, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of a police investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for four years, fined £757, compensation £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £54.

MIHAITA PREDESCU, 30, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. 1) On November 15 in Aylesbury assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £1,580, costs £500, compensation £300, victim surcharge £79.

BRENDA FITZGERALD, 59, of Somerville Way, Aylesbury. On December 2 stole numerous items worth £113 from Morrisons, Station Way, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for six months, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

CAROLINE SHUDELL, 44, of Victory Road, Steeple Claydon. 1) On November 23 drove a Toyota RAV on the A41, Aylesbury, after consuming 141 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location used a handheld mobile phone while driving. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 17 months, fined £400, costs £85, victim surcharge £30.

RICKY PETER BLAKE ROWDEN, 20, of Field Way, Old Amersham. On July 9 in Prestwood assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Pleaded guilty.
