Court round-up: Aylesbury thieves stole toilet roll, Star Wars toy, Blu-Rays and booze from Sainsbury's

A pair who stole numerous items from Sainsbury's over several months feature in this week's round-up from Aylesbury's Sainsbury's store.

DAWN ALISON CHESHIRE, 44, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. 1) On November 13, with Sasha Cheshire, stole Blu-Ray DVDs worth £236 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On October 23, with Sasha Cheshire, stole toilet roll, meat and alcohol from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 3) On November 11, with Sasha Cheshire, stole Blu-Ray DVDs worth £200, from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 4) On October 12 stole Blu-Ray DVDs from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. 5) On October 13, with Sasha Cheshire, stole Blu-Ray DVDs and bottles of gin worth £257 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Given three month curfew, monitored by electronic tag. From January 4 to April 3, she must stay at her home address between the hours of 10am and 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Must also pay £693 compensation, £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge.

SASHA MEGAN CHESHIRE, 23, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. 1) On November 13, with Dawn Cheshire, stole Blu-Ray DVDs worth £236 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On October 27 stole a Star Wars toy and pouches of chocolate from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 3) On October 23, with Dawn Cheshire, stole toilet roll, meat and alcohol from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 4) On On November 11, with Dawn Cheshire, stole Blu-Ray DVDs worth £200 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 5) On October 13, with Dawn Cheshire, stole Blu-Ray DVDs and bottles of gin, worth £257, from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for two years, compensation £693, costs £85, victim surcharge £16.

MATTHEW JOHN WILLIS, 37, of Wycliffe End, Aylesbury. On December 9 stole perfumes worth £74 from Tesco Broadfields. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ROSS EDWIN MARTYN NANCARROW, 30, care of Crownleys, Aylesbury. 1) On March 15, 2015, drove in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, without insurance or licence. Pleaded guilty. 2) On February 9, 2015, drove in Fleet Street, Aylesbury, without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ARTHUR EDWARD DELDERFIELD, 36, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. Between June 24 and June 25, stole paperwork from a vehicle. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, compensation £400, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

PABLO ANTHONY ELLIOT, 51, of Siddington Drive, Aylesbury. On January 5 stole gin worth £31 from Tesco. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ANDREW MICHAEL TREVOR, 54, of Aylesbury Road, Bierton. On January 5 in Mandeville Road, Aylesbury, drove a Volvo C70 after consuming 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for three years. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

ADAM JOHN WIGGINS, 26, of Brookside, Halton. On December 26 drove a white Ford Fiesta in High Street, Aylesbury, after consuming 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
