GARTH ANTHONY PEARSON, 30, of Cleveland Road Aylesbury. On September 9 at Sainsbury’s Buckingham Street, Aylesbury stole a bottle of Jack Daniels to the value of £30. Plea guilty. 
On July 4 damaged a door. Plea guilty. On July 4 resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Plea guilty. 
On October 10 at High Wycombe failed to surrender to custody. Plea guilty. 
On September 12 at Sainsbury’s Buckingham Street, stole a bottle of Jack Daniels to the value of £30. Plea guilty. 
On September 13 in Sainsbury’s Buckingham Street stole two bottles of Jack Daniels to the value of £60. Plea guilty.
Remanded on bail until October 27 so that pre sentence report can be prepared.

RICHARD DAVIES, 46, of Purnell Walk, Aylesbury. On August 8 in Buckingham had in his posession 0.04g of crack cocaine, a Class A drug. Plea guilty. Fined £120, drugs to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destryoed. 
Defendant’s guilty plea taken into account when imposing sentence.
On August 10, in Buckingham had in his posession 0.05g of diamorphine, a controlled Class A drug. Plea guilty. 
Fined £120, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £24, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, ordered to pay criminal courts charge of £180, drugs to be destroyed and guilty plea taken into account.

ARTHUR EDWARD DELDERFIELD, 36 of Penn Road, Aylesbury. On June 26 had in his posession two tablets of buprenorphine, a Class C controlled drug. Plea guilty. Drugs to be destroyed, guilty plea taken into account, no separate penalty.
On June 25 had in his possession two tablets containing white power, amphetamine, a Class B drug. Plea guilty. 
Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85, criminal courts charge of £180 and the drugs will be destroyed. 
Guilty plea taken into account.

SOLOMON KOOMSON, 36, of Little London, Spalding, Lincolnshire. On September 26 drove a black Volkswagen Passat in Bierton Road, Aylesbury while over the drink driving limit. 
Plea guilty. Fined £370, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MARK ANTHONY WALSH, 50, of Sharps Close, Waddesdon. On September 25 failed to provide a sample for a Class A drugs test, while under arrest. Plea guilty. Fined £120, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, guilty plea taken into account when imposing sentence.

MARK READ, 46, of Cuddington Road, Dinton. On September 6 drive a white Peugeot Boxter on Cuddington Road while over the drink driving limit. Plea guilty. Fined £400, victim surcharge £40, costs £85, criminal courts charge of £150. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

DANIEL MCNAIRNEY, 36, of Briar Meads, Oadby, Leicester. On June 6 damaged a black Mini Cooper causing needed repairs to the damage of £610. Plea guilty. 
Remanded on unconditional bail to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates Court. Pre sentence report to be prepared.
