A spokesman for the group said: “The 100% Book is the go to guide for teenagers, as with the help of the book you can be confident that you will find the right advice when confronted with 100 different situations.

“For example writing CVs, revision techniques and tips to keep yourself motivated when it seems like the whole world is against you!

“The book gives a different perspective on life compared to the advice you may receive from parents and teachers and you should not underestimate the power of advice from older teenagers to younger teenagers.

“The aim of the book is to give the reader the best possible chance of enjoying their teenage years and learning something new on every page as you embark on a journey of being a 100% well rounded individual.”

The name, The 100% Book, stemmed from the idea that if you read the book and take on board the advice, you will achieve 100% of your potential.

The book covers five subsections which are: education and careers, general Knowledge, health, life skills and social, and across these sections, there are 100 topics which teenagers will find useful in various situations they may find themselves.
