He will be joined by Sophie Grigson who will cook some favourite dishes from her Oxford cafe Sophie’s Kitchen.Breton baker Richard Bertinet will share the secrets of his sell-out bread making classes.
The festival’s first ever cookery demonstration devised especially for children will be led by Masterchef winner Natalie Coleman.
