Bake-off winner will be back to defend Watermead title
The first Great Watermead Bake Off winner, Margie Vogel, has been presented with her trophy.
Held at the Watermead Inn Traditional May Fair, 13 bakers created show-stopper cakes with a May Fair theme. Margie was presented with a glass trophy by Kelvin Wong, from the inn, along with Kelly and Gareth Knell of sponsors GK plumbing, pictured. Margie plans to defend her title at next year’s event.
