Aylesbury makes top 20 list for 'best cultural places' to live in the UK

The report has this to say.. "David Bowie chose Aylesbury to reveal his album Hunky Dory for the first time, playing gigs at the Friars Club twice in the 1970s. Leeds, West Yorkshire topped the list.
