Aylesbury Hundreds Rotarians raise more than £1,000 at sponsored keep fit event

Keeping fit and raising money for charity was the aim of the game at Weston Turville Village Hall this week.

Over 70 people took part in the Rotary Club of Aylesbury Hundreds sponsored keep fit event.

Pilates and keep fit teacher Sandra Ferguson and her daughter Gemma Miller put participants through 15 routines in two hours.

Club President Roger King said: “We resurrected this event from when we last held it in 2003.

“It has been great fun and a huge success and the club having raised over £1300 so far, which will be distributed to The Chilterns MS Centre and other local Rotary charities.”

And Roger also said that the club would not rule out organising other events like this in the future.
