Using a recipe handed down from his mother, Stephen has won a gold in the men’s section of the Dalmain Marmalade Festival, and hopes to raise at least £750 for the air ambulance. The marmalade is available from the Coffee Tree, George Street, Aylesbury, or at 10 Temple Square.

A stall is being provided at next week’s Farmers Market in the Market Square on Tuesday, January 26th and Stephen will be selling jars there from 8.30am until 2pm.

He said: “I hope the citizens of Aylesbury will come along in droves and support this very worthwhile cause by buying a jar or two or even more - it will last for years - of this homemade “marvellous Marmalade”
