Audition: Musical call out for actors
Based on the 1980s film starring Dolly Parton, Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda, 9 to 5 The Musical is a lively and amusing tale of ‘another day at the office’.

Hide AdTring Festival Company is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic ensemble, male and female, aged between 16 and 60 to fill the roles.
For the lead female roles the company is seeking people to portray the following characters: Violet Newstead, playing age 40 - 49, with an alto voice; Doralee Rhodes, playing age 25 to 29 with a mezzo soprano voice; Judy Bernly playing age 30 to 35 with a mezzo soprano voice; and Roz Keith playing age 35 to 45 with an alto voice.
The male lead characters needed are: Franklin Hart playing age 40 to 50 with a baritone/tenor voice; Joe playing age 20 to 30 with a tenor voice; and Josh playing age 15 to 18.

Hide AdThe workshop is at The Court Theatre in Tring from 7-9.30pm tonight (Wednesday) to introduce potential cast members to the musical and different characters, as well as going through dance and musical numbers.
Auditions will be at Tring Parish Hall from 7-10pm on Wednesday November 4. Rehearsals start on Wednesday January 13 next year.
The show will be performed at The Court Theatre in Tring from Wednesday May 18 to Saturday May 21 next year.
