Art exhibition at MS centre celebrates its 10th year
Attracting more than 100 regional artists, the exhibition has grown year on year to become an important landmark in the artistic life of the area.
The majority of the artists involved in the project both live and work in Bucks, Beds and Herts, and range from 15 to 90 years of age.

The work on display will include painting, ceramics, sculpture, jewellery and textiles, and will be affordable for all with prices starting at $7.50 for an unframed print to £3,500 for a framed oil painting.
The exhibition will run from 10am to 6pm on Saturday, March 7 and and 11am to 4pm on Sunday, March 8 – and it’s all for a good cause.
It is the centre’s flagship fundraising event as artists donate at least 33% of their sales to the charity, which provides treatment and support for people suffering with the neurological condition multiple sclerosis.
The charity’s chief executive Robert Breakwell said: “We are very excited about this 10th anniversary exhibition which promises to be the biggest and the best yet.

“For sheer breadth, scale and goodwill it is highly regarded both by artists and the public.
“Artists are working with us to help people with MS: it’s a truly inspirational partnership.”
It costs £750,000 a year to run the Wendover-based centre, which is almost wholly reliant on donations and fundraising as it receives only a small amount of funding from the NHS.
The centre treats up to 300 people each week and services are offered free of charge, but most people make voluntary donations to keep the Centre going and no one with MS is ever turned away.
