Taken in 1963, this is a view of the historic Kings Head in Aylesbury, which most people will never have seen.

Most of the frontage today is obscurred by other buildings and the only part visible from Market Square is the main entrance, approached along the narrow cobbled alleyway.

It obviously proved too good an opportunity for one artist who chose to ignore the snow and cold.
