From now until Wednesday August 31 Steaming Days will be held every Wednesday and Sunday. Visitors will be able to ride on a full size steam train, visit the extensive museum, take a trip on the 1km long miniature ride-on steam railways and see beautifully restored steam engines in the visitor centre.

Tuesdays and Thursdays will provide quieter days out. The site will be open, but trains rides will not be running and ticket prices wull be reduced.

The centre is set on a 25 acre site and is open from 10.30am - 5pm, and there is a cafe serving hot and cold food, drinks and snacks. There is also a gift shop.
