Construction work has finished on a new housing development in Aston Clinton, organised by Bellway.

Work started in 2016 on 95 new homes at Estone Grange, with three, four and five-bedroom houses being built for private sale.

Bellway Northern Home Counties has injected more than £2.9 million into local services in agreement with Bucks Council during this time period.

The estate agents states it made 27 'affordable' homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.

With work now completed the new residents will move into their homes shortly.

Sales Director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, Luke Southgate, said: “The lovely village setting has been a key point of interest for those who have been looking to move out of nearby cities to a more rural location – especially as we’ve seen people’s priorities shifting in the wake of the pandemic.

“This part of the world also has good transport connections, near the A41 for Aylesbury or London and with direct rail links into the capital from Aylesbury or Tring.”
