People of Aylesbury Vale asked to take coronavirus survey

Healthwatch Bucks, the independent watchdog for health and social care services in the county, is seeking feedback on how the coronavirus outbreak has affected local health and social care services.

Recognising the additional strain that this unprecedented public health emergency is placing on local services, Healthwatch Bucks are providing support by acting as the eyes and ears of the community and identifying any problems arising due to the impact of the pandemic.

The issues can then be escalated appropriately and addressed.

Healthwatch Bucks is the county’s independent health and social care champion. It exists to ensure that people are at the heart of care. Teams of staff and volunteers listen to what people like about local health and social care services, and what could be improved. These views are then shared with the decision-making organisations, so together a real difference can be made.
