Local Business Owners and Brothers, Steven and Brandon Cook of Pegasus Academy of Fitness and Martial Arts are doing their bit to support the NHS in its fight against Covid-19

The duo have been challenged by gym members to get kitted out in neon Lycra for a Mr Motivator inspired “Lycra Live” workout.

The Just Giving page launched today has already raised £180 of its £1000 target.

Steven Cook, Co-owner said: “In these unprecedented times, we wanted to do our bit to support the incredible work of the NHS. We’re also on a personal mission in spite of the unfortunate gym closure to keep our members fit, healthy & more importantly positive via our bi weekly live streams and a suite of workouts via our brand new app.”

He added: “As a gesture of support to local key workers, we’re also currently offering our workout app entirely free of charge.”

Anyone wishing to take part in the online workout can do so on Tuesday 28 April at 6pm via the Pegasus Academy of Fitness & Martial Arts Fitness Page.

You can visit their facebook page here where they will be streaming the session: https://m.facebook.com/PegasusAcademyOfFitnessAndMartialArts/Donations are warmly welcomed via the Just Giving Page to support NHS Charities Together
